President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on Thursday sent a cable of congratulations to Sultan of the Sultanate of Oman, Haitham bin Tariq Al Said.
In the cable, President Al-Mashat expressed his sincere congratulations to Sultan Haitham on the occasion of the celebrations of the brotherly Omani people on the 51st National Day.
President Al-Mashat appreciated the good and brotherly efforts of the Sultanate of Oman and its rational stance rejecting the aggression against Yemen from the beginning, and its assistance it provided to the Yemeni people.
He expressed his hope that the bonds of relationship and trade exchange between the two neighboring and brotherly countries would be strengthened in the future.
