The Turkish Statistics Authority has released a new statistic shows the amount of investments owned by leaders in the mercenary government within Turkish territory.

According to the statistic, Yemeni figures belonging to the Islah Party, Yemeni branch of Muslim Brotherhood bought about 949 properties between January and September 2021, including 139 properties in September alone in Turkey.

The Turkish Statistics Authority recorded the purchase of 391 properties by the leaders of the Islah Party in 2017, reaching 851 properties in 2018 and 1,564 properties in 2019,.

The total number of 5,390 properties purchased by the Islah party leaders since 2015 , at estimated at $1.347. 500.000, considering the average value of the property is $250,000, which is enough to stabilize Yemen’s currency, which has been constantly collapsing in areas controlled by the mercenary government for more than a year .

Yemeni sources indicated that Sultan al-Arada, Marib governor in the mercenary government owns 19 of these properties worth $43 million, at a rate of 55 billions Yemeni riyals.

Other documents indicated that the Islah Party purchased a city in Turkey for more than 5,000 properties during the war with looted people’s money, and from January to September 2021, 949 properties were purchased, including 139 properties, during September as clashes intensified in Marib, the last stronghold of the Islah Party.

Yemenis take the third place among all the Arab countries in the residential property purchase competition in Turkey last year.

During the war years, Turkey hosted hundreds of leaders of Islah Party. Some of them prominent leaders in the mercenary government and benefited from the war in Yemen. These leaders migrated to the Turkish capital Istanbul and started setting up their own projects and buying real estate, while the leaders sending many of those  mislead people towards the fronts and fuel conflicts in order to serve their interests.

Moreover, Among these leaders, Yemeni Nobel Peace Prize-winning activist Tawakkol Karman. She founded a civilian humanitarian aid organization in Taiz, with the aim of acquiring aid and donor funds under humanitarian cover, in return for purchasing a number of properties in Turkey as well as establishing then with Qatari and Turkish support for her TV channel based in Istanbul.

Furthermore, another leader, Hammoud al-Mekhlafi, who calls himself the leader of the resistance in Taiz, have also emerged, acquiring much of the financial support provided for the so-called the liberation of Taiz and treating the wounded of the resistance, but he used these funds to buy luxury properties in Turkey and establish his own projects.

Over the past year, the Yemenis have purchased 1,181 properties to be among the top 20 nationalities around the world, according to Anadolu Agency.

According to Turkish official data, 44 companies with Yemeni capital were established in 2017 and 79 companies were established in 2018 , as well as  164 companies were established  in the first seven months of 2019 in Turkey .

The number of homes purchased by these leaders in Turkey increased to 536% in the first nine months of 2019, compared to the same period in 2015, bringing the number of homes to 1,082 between January and September 2019.

At a time, the investments are recovering significantly in Turkey and other countries, the living conditions of Yemeni citizens are worsening as the war drags on.

The list included eight Arab countries that purchased 13.26 thousand properties in 2020, where the Iraqi nationality was the first Arab with a total of 6674 properties, and the Kuwaiti came with a total of properties sold in 2020, amounting to 1231 properties, then the Yemeni with 1181 properties, followed by the Jordanian with 1080, then the Palestinian with 926 properties.

Investments in Turkey varied in several areas, not only when buying real estates, and within less than a year in 2018, about a thousand of these personalities obtained Turkish citizenship, according to Turkish government statistics.

While the national currency collapses and the dollar price reaches 1340 riyals in the occupied areas, causing an exacerbation of the citizens’ tragedy, the parties to the mercenary government continue to tamper with the country’s wealth and invest abroad, and this is what official data reveals, not just media speculation.

According to a report prepared by Al-Thawra daily, Islah party leaders are investing their money, or rather, the revenues of oil and gas, and the wealth of the Yemeni people, in a number of countries, including Sudan , Ethiopia, and in Cyprus. They are also investing in Turkey, which is now embracing most of the Islah leaders.

According to data, the Yemenis have bought 3,992 housing units since the beginning of the war, most of them in Istanbul, despite the high prices of real estate in this city, which is the economic capital of Turkey.

Data from the Turkish Statistics Authority indicate that the purchase of real estate by Yemenis has increased by a high rate. In 2015, 231 housing units were purchased, 192 housing units in 2016, 390 in 2017, 851 in 2018, 1546 in 2019 and 864 until October 2020, bringing the total to 3,992 housing units.

Calculating the average price of housing units in Istanbul at $200,000, .The Islah Party, whose members have a monopoly on investing in Turkey, spent $800 million, enough to insure the national currency for more than a year.

If these are real estate investments, then there are other investments in the fields of industry and commerce, the value of which is many times those investments.

On the level of looting money, resources and national revenues, information and a photo of a document confirmed that the Islah military commander in Taiz received sums in the millions of riyals, in Saudi and Yemeni terms, while another photo belonging to Al-Tadamun Islamic Bank revealed the deposit of Mahmoud Farhan Ali Al-Mikhlafi, brother of the adviser to the leader of the so-called Taiz axis affiliated For the aggression, Abdo Farhan, known as “Salem,” for a large sum of money of 165,000 Saudi riyals, equivalent to 57 million Yemeni riyals, about two weeks ago.

While other sources indicated that the brother of “Salem” received sums of up to 92 million Yemeni riyals in installments during three months from the date of March 3 to May 23, by what right does the brother of the Axis Commander’s advisor receive and deposit these amounts, which amount to about 150 million riyals, without His possession of any capacity, position, or business justifies this. Rather, he is just a soldier in the Political Security Forces and works as an escort with his brother Salem, who is the military leader of the Islah militia in Taiz.

The sources did not rule out that these funds are part of the suspicious support that the Islah Party (the Muslim Brotherhood, the Yemen branch) receives in Taiz from Qatar through the international organization of the Brotherhood, where the group maintains militias that include thousands of recruits funded by Qatar and under the supervision of Islah leader Hammoud Saeed Al-Mikhlafi.

At the end of 2019, it was revealed that Mahmoud Farhan Ali Al-Mikhlafi, brother of “Salem” received the sum of (118,270,000) one hundred and eighteen million two hundred and seventy thousand riyals) within the amount of 22 billion that the leadership of the axis and security had received from the government of the fugitive Hadi in the name of the battles to liberate the province.

While another statistic revealed that the amounts of oil production of the mercenary government annually at the present time exceeds 1.7 billion dollars, and is not supplied to the account of the central bank in Aden, explaining that the sums are spent by the mercenary government, on its staff outside Yemen, where oil sales are supplied on a regular basis to the  Bank accounts  abroad.

Observers say the amount of oil sales in addition to fish export revenues ($300 million for 2020, according to a source in the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries), with fees for ships used for ports (at least $200 million annually) and a World Bank grant from drawing rights ($665 million). All these sums, close to three billion dollars, are sufficient to provide a safety net for currency stability for a whole year, and to secure the import of the most important foodstuffs (wheat, sugar, tea, oil, baby milk, rice, poultry feed), life-saving medicines and fuel, and selling them at an affordable price to the citizen for a period of time. A whole year.

This was confirmed by the Minister of Oil in the Hadi government, who said that in the middle of 2020, daily oil production reached 61,000 barrels, and the ministry seeks to raise it to 75,000 barrels per day.

During the past months, the occupied governorates have witnessed an accelerated collapse of the local currency, with the increase in prices significantly, especially the prices of oil derivatives, which differ from one governorate to another.

Since 2012, the Islah Party has managed to tighten its control over all the joints of the state and its military,  security and economic institutions, and to cultivate its leaders in the army and security intelligence, all of which helped Yemen reach the worst stage it had not witnessed before, and entered Yemen under international guardianship by imposing the seventh item resolution.
