The air defenses shot down a Chinese-made CH4 combat reconnaissance plane belonging to the Saudi Air Force in the airspace of the Al-Amsheya area between the governorates of Sa’ada and ‘Amran.
The spokesman for the armed forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree, said in a statement that to the Yemeni News Agency (SABA) that the plane was shot down while carrying out hostile acts, with a surface-to-air missile that was not announced.
