Daris pointed out that with these stolen sums, the salaries of employees were paid and the living burdens of employees and citizens were eased.
He pointed out that Sana’a agreed to disburse the salaries of employees from oil revenues, but it was rejected by the so called legitimacy and the coalition, and these amounts were supplied to banks in Riyadh and banks in some countries of the coalition.
The Oil Minister pointed out that the total damage suffered by this vital and important sector amounted to more than 27 and a half billion dollars, stressing that the coalition’s aviation caused the death of more than 21 people and the wounding of 50 others working in the oil sector.
He added, “The number of oil derivatives ships detained since 2018 reached 167, and during 2021 reached 21 ships, seven of which were forced to leave, with fines of 17 million and 166 thousand dollars borne by the citizen.” Almost half a million dollars.
