Foreign Minister, Hisham Sharaf, on Saturday sent a cable of congratulations to the Foreign Minister of the Dominican Republic, Roberto Alvarez.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Alvarez on his country’s celebrations of the National Day.
