The head of the Prisoners’ Affairs Committee Abdulqadir al-Murtadha called on Tuesday the countries of aggression to stop trading and bidding on the prisoners’ file as it is a humanitarian file.

Al-Murtadha said in a statement “After Saudi Arabia claimed to present an initiative to release some of our prisoners, we were informed of a disclosure that includes a number of names other than what was announced, and more than that, they are not among our prisoners and are unknown to us.”

He added, “In turn, we have informed the Red Cross that we are not concerned with them, and the countries of aggression must stop trading the file of prisoners.”
