The Yemeni air defenses on Wednesday shot down an armed spy plane of the Saudi air force in Haradh district of Hajjah province.
Armed forces spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e , said in a statement that a Chinese-made CH4 armed spy plane belonging to the Saudi air force was shot down in the early hours of Wednesday.
He stated that the spy plane was shot down by a locally-made surface-to-air missile while it was violating the UN-declared truce and carrying out hostile acts in the airspace of Haradh district.
