The President of Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, met, Tuesday, with the Acting Minister of Human Rights, Ali Al-Dailami.
During the meeting, They discussed the progress of work in the ministry and the efforts it is making to protect human rights, as well as preparing annual reports on the crimes of the US-Saudi aggression against the Yemeni people.
The meeting discussed on aspects related to documenting the crimes of the US-Saudi aggression against the Yemeni people in accordance with national and international standards to ensure that the perpetrators do not escape accountability.
President Al-Mashat pointed to the importance of redoubling efforts to improve the level of human rights performance, especially in light of the US-Saudi aggression and unjust siege that Yemen is facing.
He stressed the need to continue to detect and document the crimes and violations of the US-Saudi aggression against the Yemeni people and to communicate them to the world, pointing to the ministry’s efforts in preparing annual reports on the crimes of aggression.
