Saudi-led aggression violates UN-declared truce 136 times

The US-Saudi-Emirati aggression forces and their mercenaries committed, during the past 24 hours, 136 violations of the two-months humanitarian and military truce announced by the United Nations, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Wednesday, citing a military official.

He added the Coalition’s violations included 86 violations with flights of hostile warplanes in the airspace of Jizan and over Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Jawf, Saada and Bayda.

The official confirmed the monitoring of airstrikes by the armed reconnaissance aircrafts on the citizens’ houses and the sites of the army and popular committees in Haradh area Hajjah province.

According to the official, nine violations were monitored by firing artillery shells on Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, and Jawf provinces where the coalition militants targeted with artillery shells the sites of the army and popular committees in al-Madafen and al-Malahit areas in Saada provinces.

He said the coalition’s mercenaries also targeted, with artillery, the sites of the army and popular committees in Haradh and al-Mazraq in Hajjah province and in al-Tufaili area in Taiz province.

The official pointed out that the mercenaries’ artillery bombardment targeted the army and popular committees’ sites in al-Khasf area in Jawf province.

He confirmed that 40 violations were recorded by shooting at the citizens’ houses and the army and popular committee sites in Marib, Saada, Hajjah, Taiz, and Dhalea provinces.
