An unidentified drone flew, at dawn today, in the sky of the city of Aden, southern Yemen, raising a state of alertness among the forces of the UAE-backed Transitional Council.
Sources said that a drone had targeted, with intense overflights, the Crater area, which includes the Al-Ma’asheq Presidential Palace, where the Chairman of the Presidential Council formed from Saudi Arabia, Rashad Al-Alimi, his deputies, and the government of Maen Abdul-Malik reside.
The source added that the intense overflights that extended to several areas in Aden sparked a state of fear, as the STC forces that control the city opened fire on the plane in an attempt to bring it down before it left its airspace.
