212 violations of UN-brokered humanitarian truce monitored in Yemen

The US-backed Saudi-led aggression coalition forces and their mercenaries have committed 212 violations of the humanitarian and military truce, the official Yemeni news agency Saba reported on Sunday, citing a military source.

The source indicated that the breaches included flying of Apache planes over Talaah area in Saada, eight raids of reconnaissance aircrafts hit Bab Ghalq, Fakhir and Sabirah areas of Dhalea and another air strike targeted Maisarat Al-Barh area of Taiz.

According to the military source, 33 armed reconnaissance aircrafts flew over Marib, Taiz, Hodeida, Bayda, Jawf, Hajjah, Saada, Dhalea provinces and border fronts.

The mercenaries created new combat fortifications in Marib, Al-Sauh, Al-Biqaa areas of Najran, Al-Tharbob area of Dhalea and Al-Jabalia area of Tuhayta district in Hodeidah, the source added.

He also confirmed that 33 violations by missile and artillery shelling were recorded at the army’s sites in Al-Balq Al-Sharqi, Rawdha areas of Marib, Razih, Al-Malaheedh areas of Saada, Haradh, Bani Hassan, Al-Mazraq areas of Hajjah, Maqbana and Hays areas of Hodeidah.

The source pointed out that an artillery shelling targeted sites of the Yemeni army in Jabal Al-Omdah of Najran and Al-Amood areas of Wadi Jara in Jizan.

In addition, the source declared that 134 breaches were recorded, with heavy shooting at citizens’ homes and sites of the army and popular committees in Marib, Taiz, Hajjah, Saada, Hodeidah, Dhalea and border fronts.
