Parliament speaker Yahya al-Rai’ sent Thursday a congratulatory message to president of chamber of representatives of Belgian Federal Parliament Eliane Tillieuxon.
In the cable, al-Rai’ congratulated Tillieuxon, the government, and the Belgian people on the occasion of Belgium’s celebrations of the National Day.
