YPC Reveals the Losses of the Aggression Piracy

Yemeni Petroleum Company in Sanaa revealed the amount of the material losses due to the detention of fuel ships by the coalition during the period of the UN armistice.

The company said in a statement that all ships arriving at the port of Hodeidah are subjected to piracy and detention for varying periods, totaling more than 200 days.

The statement clarified that the fines for delays during the two armistice periods amounted to more than 4.5 million dollars, noting that only 24 fuel ships out of 36 ships reached the Hodeidah port during the two armistice periods.

He continued, “Three fuel ships are still in custody, including two petrol and diesel ships and a gas ship.”
