Islah began a redeployment of its military factions in the outskirts of the most prominent strongholds of the Transitional Council, in southern Yemen.
Informed sources said that dozens of Islah’s military armored vehicles were deployed at the entrances and outlets of the Tor Al Baha Directorate in Lahj Governorate.
The sources pointed out that hundreds of forces loyal to the party arrived in the directorate in the past hours, coming from Dhale governorate, pointing to the creation of new reinforcement camps near the northern western gate of the city of Aden.
The deployment of the Islah forces coincides with a large military mobilization of the Emirati factions in Lahj, amid expectations of an upcoming and decisive confrontation in the province, similar to the battles of Abyan and Shabwa.
