Foreign Minister, Hisham Sharaf, on Tuesday sent a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Ecuador, Carlos Holguín.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Holguín on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
