The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Hisham Sharaf sent a cable of congratulations to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, Nicu Popescu.
In the cable, Sharaf expressed his congratulations to Popescu on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
