Supreme Judicial Council approves new judicial movement in some courts

The Supreme Judicial Council in Sana’a has agreed to transfer a number of judges to work in some courts based on the nomination of the Judicial Inspection Commission.

In its weekly meeting, headed on Monday by Judge Ahmed Yahya Al-Mutawakil, the Council decided to separate a number of grievances submitted by members of the judiciary in accordance with the law.

He also reviewed a number of important issues related to the conduct and regularity of judicial work in the courts and prosecution offices of the capital and the rest of the provinces.

The meeting affirmed the importance of continuing to provide the service of justice to citizens and providing the necessary requirements for judicial work in the courts and prosecution offices.
