Armed clashes renewed, on Wednesday, in the city of Taiz.
Local sources said that the clashes erupted between security elements affiliated with the governor of the conference, Nabil Shamsan, and others affiliated with the prominent leader of the Islah forces, Ghazwan Al-Mikhlafi, in the center of the city.
The sources pointed out that Shamsan’s elements failed to storm the Al-Rawda neighborhood, where Al-Mikhlafi resides, after confrontations that lasted for more than a quarter of an hour and resulted in casualties on both sides.
