Local authority in Hodeidah condemns burning IDP in Al-Khokha district

The local authority in Al-Khokha district of Hodeidah province condemned the criminal act carried out by the Saudi-led aggression militia on the western coast by burning the camps for the Internally Displaced People (IDP) in the district.

In a statement, the authority also denounced the corruption of society by inhumane organizations, in the spread of moral corruption and trying to bring society down into the labyrinths of soft war.

The statement added that solving these crimes would be incompatible with the authentic Yemeni customs and ancestors and the virtuous human principles and values towards the displaced.

It explained that the camps for the displaced are subjected to systematic and repeated targeting every day by the aggression militia and inhumane organizations that do not take into account honor or the living conditions of the displaced.

The statement held the aggression, the United Nations and international organizations operating and present in Al-Khoukha fully responsible for what the displaced people being exposed to.

The local authority in Al-Khokha confirmed its full readiness to receive the displaced from these areas, provide them with all necessary care, protect them from vile exploitation and alleviate their suffering.
