President al-Mashat opens “Leaders Martyrs” Exhibition in Sana’a

President of the Supreme Political Council, Mahdi Al-Mashat, on Friday opened in the capital Sana’a the “Leaders Martyrs” Exhibition, coinciding with the annual martyr anniversary 1444 AH.

President Al-Mashat, along with Chief of General Staff Muhammad Abdulkarim Al-Ammari, and Commander of the Third Brigade Presidential Guard, Major General Fouad Al-Emad, read Al-Fatihah on the souls of the righteous martyrs.

President Al-Mashat and his companions toured the exhibition pavilions, praising the level of organization and arrangement of the exhibition, which highlights the sacrifices of the martyrs in order to defend the homeland, its sovereignty and independence.

He expressed salutations and reverence to the great martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the country to enjoy security and stability.

President Al-Mashat and his companions also visited the tomb of the martyr President Saleh Al-Samad and his escorts, in Al-Sabeen Square, and read Al-Fatihah for their souls and all the martyrs of the homeland.

He pointed out the importance of commemorating the anniversary of the martyr in a manner befitting the status of the martyrs who wrote the most wonderful heroic epics in confronting the aggression forces, and thanks to their sacrifices, victories were achieved on the different fronts.
