The Attorney General, Judge Muhammad Al-Dailami, ordered the release of 123 prisoners from the prisons in Dhamar province on Sunday.
The Attorney General said in a statement that the directives for the conditional release included prisoners who have served three-quarters of their sentence and who do not have special rights for others, as well as those arrested under inference and investigation, and their cases do not constitute a societal danger.
This came during his field trip to inspect the conditions of inmates and detainees in the Central Reformatory in Dhamar city.
