The Southwest Court of the Capital Municipality chaired by Judge Ismail Al-Wadaei, ruled the death penalty for the murder of Major General Dirham Noman Al-Hakimi.
Major General Dirham Abdo Noman Al-Hakimi was shot dead by one of his acquaintances, in his house in Sana’a, where a person named Hakam Fathi Al-Aswadi fired a barrage of bullets at Dirham Noman, while he was in a dismissed session in October 2022.
According to the investigations, the accused Al-Aswadi was working with Major General Dirham while he was head of the free zone in Aden.
