The looting of citizens’ lands continued in the city of Mokha, west of the Yemeni governorate of Taiz, which is under the control of Emirati factions.
Informed sources said that groups of the joint forces led by Tariq Saleh seized, in the past two days, new areas of citizens’ lands, near the port of Mokha, after forcibly expelling their owners.
Belqis channel affiliated with the Islah party had acknowledged, in a report, published earlier, the escalation of looting and robbery in the city of Mokha, stressing that Tariq Saleh’s forces are using their authority to steal the lands of the state and citizens in the city.
A few days ago, citizens complained that officials of the local authority loyal to the coalition in Mokha rented several kilometers of land belonging to them, under the name of state property, in preparation for its confiscation.
