The House of Representatives condemned the heinous crimes and massacres committed by the Zionist occupation forces against the Palestinian and Syrian people, the latest of which was the assassination of Palestinian leaders and their families in the Gaza Strip.
In a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), the council denounced the terrorist crime, which resulted in the death of 13 people, including three leaders of the Islamic Jihad Movement, along with their children and women while they were in their homes, and the wounding of 20 others, including women and children.
The Council indicated that this crime is added to the series of terrorist crimes and massacres committed by the Zionist entity against humanity, in addition to its repeated violations of international laws and covenants.
The Parliament’s statement also denounced the silence of the international community towards these crimes, which the Zionist entity persisted in committing, with the help of the American support.
The Council’s statement called on the Arab and Islamic peoples and all the free people of the world to support the Palestinian resistance with all its factions, with money, weapons and everything that is possible and available.
The statement pointed out that the Zionist aggression represents a flagrant violation of all human values, international charters and the Geneva Conventions. It called on the international community and the UN Security Council to assume legal and moral responsibility and intervene to stop the barbaric Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip and the brotherly Palestinian people.
It also demanded that the Security Council impose deterrent sanctions on the Zionist entity for the daily crimes of murder, arrest and assassinations against the Palestinian people.
