A minister in Maeen’s government confirmed that the city of Aden, in southern Yemen, will witness a hungry revolution against the UAE-backed Transitional Council.
The former Minister of Transport, Saleh al-Jabwani, said in a post on Twitter “The STC’s screams, threats and intimidation against the government and its failed policies are all lies and throwing dust in the eyes.”
He added “How can they stand this position while they are partners in this government. They continued to lie and sell illusions to the simple, otherwise let them resign, and it is unfortunate that there are those who believe them.”
Stressing that “the uprising of the hungry must primarily target the transitional government.”
