Speaker of the Parliament, Yahya Ali Al-Ra’i, sent on Saturday a cable of congratulations to the Speaker of the Portuguese Parliament, Augusto Santos Silva.
In the cable, Al-Ra’i expressed his congratulations to Silva on the occasion of his country’s National Day.
