Dozens of residents of Abyan governorate carried out a peaceful protest stand on Thursday morning, during which they raised banners denouncing the deterioration of services and general conditions in the governorate.
The protesters held the local authorities, led by the governor, Major General Abu Bakr Hussein Salem, responsible for the deterioration of public services, including electricity.
The protesters vowed to escalate if the situation remained the same
