Insan org. calls for disclosure of the forcibly disappeared

Insan Organization for Rights and Freedoms called on all countries and concerned parties to work immediately and decisively to uncover the forcibly disappeared, achieve justice for them, hold the perpetrators accountable, and provide the necessary compensation to the victims and their families.

In a statement on the occasion of the International Day of the Forcibly Disappeared, Insan renewed its commitment to tireless work for human rights and fundamental freedoms for all.

The statement stressed the need to uncover all those who are unjustly detained or disappeared, who suffer from harsh conditions and injustice, and whose basic rights are violated, and to work to provide them with justice.

Insan also called on the international community, non-governmental organizations and individuals working in the field of human rights to support this just cause and work to end the tragedy of the forcibly disappeared.
