The Omani delegation left the capital Sana’a on Sunday, accompanied by the head of the national negotiating delegation, Mohammed Abdulsalam, after a 4-day visit.

Sources familiar with the matter revealed the Omani delegation held a series of consultations with the leadership of Sana’a in the context of the Omani mediation efforts to revive the negotiations between the Saudi-led coalition and Sana’a.

The talks focused on the humanitarian file and its disastrous repercussions, including the talk about opening airports and seaports and the payment of salaries to public sector employees.

Last week, the Omani delegation arrived in Sana’a, in efforts to revive the negotiating process.
