The Press Prosecution summoned publications in the city of Aden, which is under the control of the UAE-backed transitional forces, journalist Fathi Bin Lazraq, editor-in-chief of the Aden Al-Ghad newspaper and website.

The prosecution’s summons, which demanded that journalist Ben Lazraq appear next Sunday, did not specify the party that filed the complaint against him and stated that he was charged with publishing false news.

Sources expected that a security body was behind summoning Ben Lazraq and warned against trying to find justifications for arresting the editor-in-chief of Aden Al-Ghad, against the backdrop of his media activity and exposing and criticizing corruption practices.
