Minister of Information in the caretaker government Dhaifullah al-Shami has praised the efforts of the national media in the qualitative and distinguished coverage of the mass events commemorating the Prophet’s birthday in the Seventieth Square and the Revolution Stadium in the capital Sana’a and various squares in Yemen’s free provinces.
Minister al-Shami confirmed in a statement to Saba that the media coverage of the activities celebrating the birth anniversary of the Great Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him and his family, is the widest in the history of Yemen.
Al-Shami appreciated the role of foreign media outlets and their correspondents, which broadcast live the events of the central events of the Prophet’s Birthday in the capital Sana’a and Yemen’s free provinces, and speech of the leader of the revolution, Sayyed Abdul Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi on this solemn religious occasion.
The Minister of Information of the caretaker government noted the role of the media in covering Mawlid events since the month of Safar 1445 AH, which were distributed between central activities and at the level of provinces, districts, regions, districts, neighborhoods, offices and institutions, as well as popular community activities to celebrate this occasion, leading to qualitative and distinguished coverage of major events.
