The Central Military Court in Sana’a held its first session on Sunday to prosecute five military leaders affiliated with the US-Saudi aggression against Yemen. The names of these leaders are as follows:
The trial is related to charges of espionage with coalition countries, primarily the United States, and with the Zionist entity, with the intent to harm the military and political center of the Yemeni Republic.

This includes communicating with and holding meetings with American and Israeli leaders, including the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and the Commander of the US Central Command, as well as several Israeli officers.

The aim was to obstruct any efforts or stances by the Yemeni Republic in supporting the Palestinian people against the war crimes and genocide committed by the Zionist enemy, supported by the United States, Britain, and France.

This was also to prepare for hostile actions and military operations with the goal of threatening the security and stability of the Yemeni Republic, as well as harming the interests of the nation and the security and safety of maritime navigation.

The court decided to announce the charges against the accused, impose precautionary measures on the properties of those whose assets had not been previously seized, and adjourn to the next session.

Furthermore, the court held its session to consider a Criminal Case brought against the accused Brigadier General Ahmed Ali Abdullah Saleh Afash. The case involves direct communication and espionage with coalition countries in their war against the Yemeni Republic, with the intent to harm the military and political center of the Yemeni Republic.

The accused facilitated the enemy’s aggression against Yemen, provided support to it, and supplied it with soldiers and fighters, all in exchange for benefits and exemptions related to misappropriated funds of the Yemeni people that he and his father invested both locally and abroad. He also corresponded with the countries involved in the aggression in a treacherous manner, encouraging them to continue their aggression against Yemen.

The accused further facilitated the enemy’s entry into Yemeni territory, including the seizure of Yemeni islands and their associated waterways, and coordinated with the Emirati enemy, which violated the sovereignty of the country and occupied several centers of oil, gas, archaeological, and strategic resources, and introduced foreign forces, American and Israeli, to multiple Yemeni islands.

Moreover, they openly incited disobedience and the obstruction of orders from the authorities established by the constitution, with the intent to compromise the security, independence, territorial integrity of the Yemeni Republic, as well as spreading false news and rumors through his funded channel, Yemen Today, using its programs, activities, publications, and electronic pages, to cover the enemy’s crimes against the Yemeni people and destroy its infrastructure in service of the aggression.

The court decided to announce the charges against the accused, impose precautionary measures on all his assets and properties under any name or in any hand, and adjourn to the next session.
