Iran’s President, Ebrahim Raisi, said that what is happening in Gaza is genocide and war crimes against humanity.

Tasnim News Agency reported that Raisi headed on Saturday to the Saudi capital, Riyadh, to participate in the emergency meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to search for a deterrent solution to the crimes of the Zionists, lift the siege, and providing aid to the residents of Gaza.

Raisi said in a speech before heading to Riyah that the Islamic peoples and free people who took to the streets in millions demand an end to genocide and crime committed by the US-backed Zionist entity against the civilians in Gaza.

“The Americans declare in their statements that they want the war not to expand, and they are also sending a message to us and to some countries,” he continued.”But these statements are not consistent with their actions.”

President Raisi: “The Americans are the ones who obstructed the success of the meeting held in Egypt, as well as the Security Council. They are preventing the ceasefire and expanding the scope of the war.”
