A force from the First Military District loyal to the Islah Party stormed the security department in the city of Sayun in Hadramaut Governorate, eastern Yemen, after detaining the son of a leader there.
Sources reported that a number of vehicles belonging to the first military surrounded, with a number of armored vehicles, the Seiyun Security Department before storming it and releasing the son of the former commander of the region’s staff, Yahya Abu Awja, who was detained due to a traffic violation he committed that developed into a fight with a patrol.
