Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, announced on Friday evening, that their fighters targeted 20 Zionist military vehicles within 48 hours.
During the past 48 hours, Al-Qassam fighters managed to target 20 invading Zionist vehicles in the Al-Daraj and Al-Tuffah areas, bringing the total number of vehicles targeted in those two areas to 72 vehicles, Al-Qassam Brigades said in a statement on Telegram.
They added: “After returning from the clash zones, our fighters confirmed the destruction of two Zionist Merkava tanks with “Al-Yassin 105” shells in Khan Younis city, south of the Gaza Strip.”
According to the statement, Al-Qassam Brigades bombed a gathering of occupation vehicles and soldiers east of the city of Khan Younis with mortar shells.
Earlier in the day, Al-Qassam fighters were able to detonate a minefield consisting of four barrel bombs and an anti-personnel “television” explosive device in a Zionist infantry force and a number of military vehicles north of Al-Bureij refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, leaving them dead and wounded.
Al-Qassam fighters targeted a special Zionist force fortified in a building north of Al-Bureij refugee camp with anti-fortification shell and clashed with it from point-blank range, leaving its members dead and wounded.
