The former Israeli enemy naval commander, Eliezer Marom, said that the Yemeni armed forces are imposing a complete naval blockade on the Israeli enemy entity, and this has led to the disruption of the exit and entry of 95% of goods into the occupied Palestinian territories.

Marom told the Israeli Channel 12, “The Red Sea square is not our square, but important maritime transportation for Israel passes through it, and it fully needs this corridor.”

He added that 95% of the goods entering and leaving Israel pass through the sea, and that a large portion of them comes from the East, from China and similar countries, including raw materials and final manufactured materials, and passes through the Suez Canal to reach the ports of Haifa and Ashdod, and under the siege Yemeni, ships do not cross Bab al-Mandab.

The Israeli National Security Council yesterday issued “urgent instructions to the country’s ports to remove information related to the arrival and departure of ships from their websites,” according to what the Israeli website “Globes” reported.

The National Security Council’s instructions came in the wake of the attack that occurred Monday afternoon on the Norwegian chemical tanker Strinda, 60 nautical miles north of the Bab al-Mandab Strait, when the Yemenis fired a cruise missile at the ship.
