A comprehensive strike spread throughout the occupied West Bank governorates on Wednesday, denouncing the assassination of the Deputy Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, Saleh al-Arouri, in Beirut and six others.
The Palestinian Ma’an News Agency reported that Fatah movement’s regions in the West Bank had announced a general strike on Wednesday, denouncing the assassination of al-Arouri.
The Zionist enemy raised the state of maximum alert in the north and expects a “harsh response,” as a senior Zionist official said “Israel” is preparing for a “severe response” by the Lebanese Hezbollah, to the assassination of al-Arouri.
Hezbollah escalated its operations against the Zionist enemy after the assassination, as Hezbollah announced, in successive statements, the implementation of three operations against enemy forces in the border areas of southern Lebanon in support of the steadfast Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and in support of their brave and honorable resistance.
