Hamas’s acting representative in Sana’a, Moaz Abu Shamala, appreciated on Saturday Yemen’s position in support of Palestinian people and its resistance in facing the Zionist aggression.

This came during his meeting with speaker of the Shura Council, Mohamed Hussein Al-Aidarous, in the Yemeni capital Sanaa.

In the meeting, the officials reviewed the latest developments in the Israeli aggression against the Gaza Strip, and the current events in the occupied Palestinian territories, as well as the American-British aggression against Yemen.

Aidarous reiterated the steadfastness of the Yemeni position in support of the Palestinian people and their valiant resistance, and its escalation until the Zionist aggression is stopped.

“The Yemeni people are united with all their political components and forces around the choices of the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council to support Palestine despite the aggression and siege it has been exposed to for nine years,” the speaker of the council said.

For his part, Abu Shamala conveyed the greetings of the movement’s head, Ismail Haniyeh, to the Yemeni people, leadership, government and people.

He affirmed solidarity with Yemen’s brave position, which astonished the world and proved its effectiveness in pressuring and influencing the Zionist entity.

Abu Shamala condemned the American-British attack on Yemen and the designation of Ansarullah on the list of terrorists, considering the US moves came in response to Zionist pressures on America and Britain as a result of the positions of Yemen and its leadership with Palestine.

He expressed the pride of the Palestinian people and the leaders of the Hamas movement in the solidarity of the Yemeni people in rejection of the American-Zionist aggression against the Gaza Strip.
