The “Islamic Resistance in Iraq” announced on Friday the targeting of American forces in the “Ain al-Asad” air base in Anbar Governorate, west of the country, in an attack that is the second of its kind within hours.
The resistance explained in a statement that resistance fighters attacked the occupied Ain al-Assad base with drones, confirming that they accurately hit their targets inside the base.
This comes after the Iraqi resistance yesterday, Thursday, targeted the same base that houses American troops with a bomb-laden drone.
