In tandem with the sizable Friday afternoon rallies in Yemen expressing solidarity with Palestine, the Yemeni community, in collaboration with the Palestine Liberation Society and numerous civil society organizations and US solidarity groups opposing the American-Israeli aggression in Gaza and Yemen, organized a protest in New York, USA.

Yahya Al-Kabsi, advisor to the Yemeni community in New York, emphasized that the protest, held on the streets of New York, condemned US support for the killing of civilians in Gaza and rejected the US-UK aggression against Yemen.

The protest featured speeches and slogans advocating for the freedom of the Palestinian people and a firm rejection of the ongoing genocide against the people of Gaza and their supporters.

Participants waved Yemeni and Palestinian flags and displayed banners urging an end to the Israeli occupation and a halt to aggression against Yemen.

Protesters condemned the US-UK aggression on Yemen and highlighted the daily violations by the Zionist occupation with US cover, a clear breach of international law.

They also criticized American support for the occupation’s crimes against the people of Palestine and called for holding President Biden accountable for his backing of the Zionist entity.

Protesters faced US police crackdown after demanding accountability for the Biden administration and an end to the American-Israeli aggression against innocent Palestinians.
