The Violations Prosecution Office in Hodeidah Governorate destroyed five tons of expired medicines and 4 tons of unusable cosmetics.
A judicial source told September 26, “The process of destroying this quantity comes after it was examined and found to be unfit for use.”
The destruction process was carried out in the presence of the Deputy Prosecutor, Judge Ahmed Al-Sufi, and the destruction committee consisting of the Security and Intelligence Office, the Public Works Office, the Supreme Authority for Medicines, a representative of the port, and a representative of the environment.
