The Lebanese resistance launched the largest missile attack within hours against the Israeli occupation.

This comes a day after Hezbollah’s leader threatened the consequences of the occupation’s attack on Rafah, with the failure of international efforts to neutralize it.

Hebrew media reported that seven people were injured so far as a result of a missile bombardment targeted points and sites in the city of Safed. Other settlements in occupied southern Lebanon were also attacked with precision missiles, most notably Kiryat Shmona and Meron.

The Israeli announcement came minutes after the Lebanese resistance factions launched three missile salvoes with dozens of rocket shells against the occupation positions.

The attack, which was described as major, came a day after a speech by Hassan Nasrallah, leader of Hezbollah, in which he stressed that Lebanese resistance operations would not stop as long as the war and siege on Gaza continued, in response to reports of a French proposal to neutralize the party.

Sana’a also directed the strongest threat to the Israeli occupation and its allies regarding the consequences of the attack on the city of Rafah, which is home to approximately one and a half million displaced people.
