Southern journalist Saleh Al-Hanashi said in a blog post on (X), “The Islamic Development Bank canceled financing projects in Yemen worth $11 million.”
He added that the bank prevented dealing with Yemen and the government of Ahmed bin Mubarak after it rebelled against paying previous loan installments and contributing to some of the bank’s projects that it presented to Yemen.
