A prominent official in Sana’a government revealed that the most advanced American aircraft carrier has been able to leave the Red Sea and enter the Mediterranean through the Suez Canal in the past few hours.

“Who remembers the threat and intimidation campaigns orchestrated by the US- Zionist enemy’s media and its Arab mouthpieces when the US USS Dwight D. Eisenhower entered the Red Sea.  They depicted that the battle already resolved in their favor,” Sana’a Government spokesman and Minister of Information Dhaifallah Al-Shami said in a post on his X account.

Al-Shami added, “Today, thanks to God and His support, this US aircraft carrier dragged defeat tail and left the Red Sea after its complete failure to protect itself, as well as the rest of the naval vessels.”

The USS Dwight D. Eisenhower aircraft carrier (CVN 69) left the Red Sea and entered the Mediterranean via the Suez Canal in the past few hours.

According to international media reports, the United States is expected to send the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75) from the Fifth Fleet.

This comes after Yemeni forces carried out military operations in the Red Sea, Arabian Sea, Gulf of Aden, and recently expanded  to the Indian Ocean to prevent Israeli ships from heading to Palestinian ports through the Bab el-Mandeb strait, in support of the Palestinian people in Gaza since the end of last October.

The Yemeni military operations against the US and British ships intensified following their announcement of forming a naval alliance to protect Israeli ships and carrying out hostile airstrikes against Yemen.
