Nine Yemeni fishermen returned to Al-Salif District in Hodeidah Governorate on Sunday after months of abduction and torture in Saudi prisons.
The fishermen reported that they were abducted by a Saudi patrol while fishing in Yemeni waters off Dhul Harab Island.
They were subjected to provocative and humiliating practices, had their catch confiscated, faced financial fines, and endured various forms of torture and mistreatment during their imprisonment.
