The Yemeni Media Union (YMU), condemned the US-Saudi aggression on Hodeidah Radio building in the Hawak district, which resulted in significant damage to the building and martyrdom and injury of dozens of civilians and security personnel.

In a statement, the YMU considered the direct bombing of a civilian media facility as a war crime that is not subject to a statute of limitations.

The YMU underlined that direct killing and bombing of civilian objects are considered war crimes according to international laws and charters.

The statement denounced the deliberate violation of these rights by America and Britain, exploiting the international silence regarding what the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip are subjected to.

It indicated that the American-British aggression against Yemen is due to Yemen’s support for the Palestinian cause.

The statement called on all free people in various countries around the world to support the Palestinian cause and condemn the targeting of journalists, media and civilian institutions in Yemen, and expose the crimes and violations of the Zionists with American and British support and sponsorship.

The statement affirmed that those who remain silent on the crimes committed by the American-British Zionist enemy are partners in these crimes.
