Yemen’s armed forces carried out a new military operation against a ship in the Gulf of Aden, in support of the oppressed Palestinian people and their fighters, and in response to the massacres committed by the “Israeli” enemy in the Gaza Strip.

“The military operation in the Gulf of Aden targeted the ship (Lobivia) with a number of ballistic missiles and drones,” Yemen’s military spokesman Brigadier General Yahya Sare’e said in a statement at the million-man demonstration in Al-Sabeen Square in the capital Sana’a.

“The ship was directly hit, thanks to God, by a joint operation by the naval forces, the missile force, and the unmanned air force.”

The targeting of the ship (Lobivia) occurred because the company that owns it violated the decision to ban entry into the ports of occupied Palestine, Yahya Sare’e explained.

The continuation of the “Israeli” aggression and massacres against our brothers in Gaza will only drive the Yemeni people, their armed forces, and their faithful, struggling leadership to further support operations in defense of the oppressed Palestinian people, according to the military spokesman.

The Yemeni Armed Forces renew their call to all Arab and Islamic peoples to fulfill their religious, humanitarian, and moral duties toward the Arab Palestinian people and to actively participate in this decisive and inevitable battle, he said in the statement.

“By the grace of Allah, the Yemeni Armed Forces’ operations will not cease until the aggression stops and the siege on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip is lifted,” the brigadier general stressed.
