Hebrew media continue to highlight the growing concern within the Zionist enemy’s entity about the announcement of the fifth stage of escalation and the anticipated Yemeni response to the targeting of the Hodeidah governorate.

An Israeli newspaper reported that Yemeni Armed Forces intend, in the next phase, to encircle the occupying entity with what it described as a “ring of fire” and submerge it through coordinated efforts with the resistance axis and by intensifying the naval blockade.

On Sunday, the Hebrew newspaper Makor Rishon published a report trying to outline the features of the fifth stage of escalation, questioning, “What are the Houthis planning for us after the ‘Yafa’ drone landed in the heart of ‘Tel Aviv’ last week, and what can be done against them without even going to the shores of Yemen? They announced this week that following the Israeli army’s attack on Hodeidah port, the conflict has entered its fifth phase. What is this phase? And what will the sixth and seventh phases look like?” The newspaper suggested that “there is little point in trying to decipher what lies beyond these eloquent words, and it is better to focus on the very clear directions in the field.”

According to the newspaper, the main direction in the Yemeni escalation against the Zionist entity is “coordination, connection, and cooperation” with the resistance axis to “enhance capabilities and implement what is known as the ring of fire around Israel.”

The second direction, the newspaper said, is “expanding the naval blockade from the Red Sea region to the Mediterranean Sea and covering the entire area with fire and missiles.”

By linking these two directions, the “Houthis” aim to choke Israel with a ring of fire and submerge it, it added.

The newspaper noted that “the direction of coordination has been clear in the field for several weeks,” recalling a previous speech by the Leader of the Revolution, Sayyed Abdulmalik, about the course of joint operations with the Islamic resistance in Iraq. It stated that the desire for this coordination “comes from both sides.”

Channel 14 had revealed on Saturday that the security and defense establishment within the enemy entity is anticipating a “major Yemeni response” to the targeting of Hodeidah and is coordinating with what it described as “regional allies” to face this response.

The Israeli entity is experiencing a wide state of alert since the attack on Hodeidah, as many Hebrew media outlets have revealed that the security establishment does not underestimate the danger posed by Yemen and the Armed Forces.

The Zionist Foreign Minister acknowledged this week that the attack on Hodeidah would not deter the Yemenis and that Yemeni attacks on the occupying entity would continue. He also acknowledged the difficulty of direct engagement with Yemen due to the distance and said that “Israel prefers the United States to lead this war.”
