The Supreme Judicial Council in Sana’a on Monday referred a judge and a prosecution member to the Accounting Council due to their breach of their job duties.
During its meeting today, the Judicial Council decided on a judge’s grievance in accordance with the law, reviewed a number of grievances referred to it from the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, and took appropriate measures regarding them in accordance with the law.
