Resuming flights via Sanaa Airport to Jordan

The Yemenia Airlines Administration in Sana’a announced the resumption of flights from Sana’a International Airport to Queen Alia Airport starting tomorrow, Thursday, with three daily flights.

The Yemenia Airlines Administration said in a statement received by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that flights to and from Sana’a – Amman and back have been scheduled after being scheduled with three daily flights in implementation of the agreement between Sana’a and Riyadh.

The statement appreciated the efforts made by the revolutionary and political leadership in opening Sana’a International Airport to important destinations that will work to alleviate the suffering of the Yemeni people.

It pointed out that the sale of discounted tickets for various classes has been opened through Yemenia offices as well as travel offices in the capital, Sana’a, starting today.

The Yemenia Airlines Administration pointed out that the destinations for Egypt and India are currently being worked on and will be announced soon after completing the technical arrangements for operation.

Yesterday, Yemen and Saudi Arabia agreed to address some humanitarian and economic issues. The agreement stipulated the cancellation of recent decisions and measures against banks by both sides and the cessation of any similar decisions or measures in the future. Yemenia Airlines will resume flights between Sana’a and Jordan and increase the number of its flights to three per day, and operate flights to Cairo and India daily or as needed.
